Automatic Die-cutting Machine

1. System is controlled by PLC cooperating with the touchscreen human-machine interface. Parameters can be set individually for different products, and the system has a reminder function for knife mold replacement.

2. Working direction is equipped with a safety light curtain, and the die-cut area is equipped with a safety shield to ensure operational safety.

3. No Burrs or Incomplete Cuts After Cutting: The worktable remains clean, ensuring no contamination of the fabric.

4. Supports Two Modes: 1) After pressing the manual button, automatic single-side "feeding + output." 2) After pressing the manual button, one side automatically feeds while the other side automatically outputs.

5. Material Feeding System (for continuous feeding): Driven by a servo motor, conveyor belt with pneumatic clamps operates automatically. Equipped witha deviation correction mechanism to ensure the edge alignment deviation ≤ 5mm. And the feeding direction deviation ≤ 2mm. (excluding material elasticity and rebound).
