Automatic Ultrasonic Quilting Machine
Ultrasonic quilting machine, to bond multi-layer of polyester fabric, non-woven fabric, polyester wadding, or artificial leather, etc., and emboss different patterns on it. Patterns are clear and beautiful, and fabric doesn't deform, with strong bonding and high efficiency. Quilting width is from 1.2m to 3.2m, and different designs can be done on different pattern rollers.

- High Production Efficiency: Maximum working speed of 9m/min (depending on material and welding thickness), with an output 3-5 times higher than that of a stitching machine.
- Automatic Scrap Collection: Devices on both sides for convenient waste material collection and further treatment.
- Connectivity: After quilting, it can be connected to a cutting machine for finished products or to a rewinding device for fabric rolls.
- Independent Ultrasonic Chassis: Housed in a separate cabinet for easy adjustment of the ultrasonic generator.
