Machine Features
1. Computer Control System: 15-inch LCD screen, easy to understand, quick to operate, can display quilting patterns in real time, image intuitive.
2. Thread Breakage Detection: When the upper thread is broken during quilting process, the machine operation is pause, and prompts the related message, to help worker quickly analyse where the problem is.
3. Power Down Protection Function: If the power supply is interrupted during quilting, the system will resume operation of quilting pattern from the state it was in before the power down once the power is restored.
4. Statistic Count Function: Automatic store the work information in a period of time, and provide the quilted quantity and total production anytime.
5. Optional professional quilting pattern design software, freely design quilts pattern is possible, easy to learn and suitable for the application.
