Double Stepper Motor Computerized Pattern Lockstitch Machine

1. Stepping motor controlled thread-trim, reverse-stitching and presser foot lifting：replaced the electromagnets for thread trimming, reverse stitching and presser foot lifting. The motor is more durable, produces less noise, and the reverse stitching overlap is more precise. Besides, the height of the presser foot can be adjusted and stronger stability.

2. Double-knife thread trimming (short thread ends): The double-knife thread trimming optimizes the cutter mechanism, and the length of the thread left on the fabric after thread cutting is less than 3.5 mm.

3. Sealed oil pan: A fully-enclosed sealed oil pan is adopted to make the process of fabric sewing cleaner and free from pollution.

4. Pattern sewing: stepping motor control, can be set by users to create 1 to 9 kinds of pattern stitches.

5. Tight sewing function (thread ends won't loosen): Activate the tight sewing function to add one (or more) tight stitches before thread trimming, so that the thread ends left on the fabric won't loosen after the thread is cut.
